- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In reference to the last review... In the past the office staff had complicated obstacles to overcome. The office staff and the office dynamic have gone through great change. With help from the Doctor they have all undergone a patient empathy course and have put new techniques in place to serve their respected and valued clientele with great care and efficiency. With that being said, I think it's a shame that lady went through the negative experience. It's also a shame that one review can impact a business so much. If the lady would have been able to see the dentist she would have had a great experience. Dr Donna and her staff are caring and ensure your work is done correctly the first time with as little pain as humanly possible and with as little medication as needed. Your comfort and heath are always paramount. All my recent experiences with this business have been very positive, always making me feel at home, valued and respected.
